Tiana is the Manager of eDiscovery and Litigation Support at Burnet, Duckworth & Palmer LLP. She implements eDiscovery strategies and proactively manages discovery costs. She works closely with clients to implement information management technologies, and define standard procedures around the collection, processing, and production of client data. Tiana’s technology solutions are scalable and cost effective, custom made to meet the needs of every client. She leverages her broad talent and expertise to help clients realize a successful outcome at every stage in their eDiscovery projects.
Tiana is an active contributor to EDRM, which creates practical resources to improve eDiscovery and Information Governance. She works with industry leaders to develop and promote tools that allow organizations to better measure and understand the time, money and volumes associated with eDiscovery. As the co-lead of the EDRM’s Metrics group, Tiana was one of the developers of EDRM’s eDiscovery Maturity Self-Assessment Test (eMSAT-1), a tool designed to assess eDiscovery proficiency. She has played a key role in explaining and promoting the use of that tool as well as the budget calculators and other resources that the Metrics group makes available. Tiana was also a contributor on the EDRM’s upcoming release of the TAR Guidelines, which aims to further educate the legal community about the uses and best practices for TAR.
